Nipponotrophon echinus

Description
White, pale brown, orange with translucent. Resembles N. gorgon, but body whorl slightly inflated and having one spiral code between shoulder and suture.

Locality
Japan: Off Chosi, Mouth of Tokyo Bay in 250m-300m sandy bottoms, Tosa Bay.
Off Taiwan.

Remarks
Orange color of this shell will fade. My shell was changed in pale brown ten years later.
