Description
Thick brown with white axial furrow and white spiral furrow. Suture weak, spire high, body whorl slightly inflated.

Locality
Japan: Boso Peninsula, Mouth of Tokyo Bay in 30m, Sagami Bay, Noto Peninsula, Shikoku, Kyushu.
Taiwan.
China.

Remarks
M. inquinata is sometimes caught in Mouth of Tokyo Bay. However, it is rare in other places. The shell that the surface as is smooth and as heavy as M. inquinata does not hang easily to a present fishing net.
